Addison is all about picnics right now. So one Saturday in early April, we ordered pizza from Papa John's to be picked up and went to a park in Ankeny. Addison was disappointed we didn't have a red & white checkered blanket, but the Cy blanket would do the job.
We were sitting by a pond that had some geese. They were about 20-30 feet from us and Addy was completely freaked out. She is ducking into Ryan in the photo above, hiding from the geese. Ryan told her if they crossed the sidewalk he would go scare them. I think he had to scare them twice. Ha!
If you look in between us, you can see the geese in the background. Despite the geese, we had a great little picnic!
