Santa 2023 - Addison asked for a hooded blanket and a squishmallow. Mason asked for a knuckleboom loader. 

After Santa, it was playtime! 

They enjoyed the Buck Hunter game - Ha! 

 

Center Grove's Christmasland

Addison's signed frame from the Disney cruise! It turned out really good. :) 

We had season passes to Center Grove and they did a Christmas event. The kids loved the "Guess Who" game. 

Addison loved seeing the kitties sitting under the heat lamp. 

They can drive the sleigh and the reindeer moves. 

Another picture we sent to Dad on our way to daycare. 

He thought he was so funny, he put the animal cracker in his hole. :) 

Addison built a Christmas tree. 

We weren't expecting to see Santa, but we got to! 

This reminds me of Christmasland in Humboldt that we went to every year as a kiddo :) Trying to create good memories for my kiddos too! 
 

Disney on Ice 2023

Girl is ready for Disney on Ice! Complete with her Frozen dress, gloves, jewelry, princess shoes, and cape. 

We are ready for a night of fun! Love creating these memories for her like my parents did for me. 

Excited for the show to start!

Thanksgiving 2023

Julius Thanksgiving! Missing Brayden and Nolan as they were in the Bahamas. Addison and Mason were so happy the big kids played games with them :) 

Then Addison got all the adults to play Chase the Ace. I think the Julius love of games, especially card games, has been passed down to this kid. Ha! 

She usually wins..... but this time she got down to the final two, with 3 quarters left, and lost with an Ace. She really wanted a shut out. Ha! 

Helping me decorate the tree. She LOVES to decorate the house for holidays! 

Someone is loving my birthday peanut butter malt - ha! 

Her finished craft with the shells from Florida. It looks awesome! 
 

Sunset, Football, and Lents Thanksgiving

It only lasted a second but I got picture! 

Mason really wanted his pictures with his Rudolph and muffins. Ha! 

Went for a walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the fall weather before it got too cold!

Mason LOVES going to Aunt Ginny's house :) He asks to go through frequently, he loves all the toys. We were at Thanksgiving 2023. 

Finished seashell project! She also made Christmas ornaments and bottles with sand/shells with the shells and sand from Florida. She made a bunch of them for the family, they turned out really good! 
 

Basketball, Mah Jong, and art projects

Since we left Bondurant, we switched to taking pictures by the Bomber rock. 

Addison had one of her sickness weeks and missed a few days of school. One of her assignments to catch up was disguising a turkey before Thanksgiving. She chose to dress her turkey like Poppy from Trolls. I think she did pretty good!! 

My little dude's basketball group! 3-4 year olds do basketball stations on Saturday mornings. Mason was so excited for it before it started...... then a couple weeks in was ready for a game. There are no games..... oops! He was pretty disappointed after having to go to all Addy's practices and games! So this year we are taking him to Ankeny so he can play some games!  

My cookie helpers! They had to unwrap the Reese's peanut butter cups and count to see if they had enough for the cookies. 

Working on her Disney cruise journal! She put a lot of hard work into her journal and it turned out super cool! Wrote about what we did each day and included pictures. She loves looking at it every couple months since she finished it. It was fun! 

Play Mah Jong with Grandma & Grandpa - these kids love to play Mah Jong! It's so funny. None of the rest of us kids know how to play, but both kids do. 

Addison took pictures of Ryan setting up our Christmas lights. The kids climbed up the ladder to the roof but didn't get on the roof. 

Working on another project! This one is seashells we have collected in Florida and we were gluing them on the picture frame. It turned out really good!
